After two and a half years of excellent service, the Tin Box household has parted ways with our Bailey Senator Arizona – sob!
It was our first family caravan and the first non-canvas roof that Mr Tin Box and I purchased (yes, we bought numerous tents and a caravan before our first house). So saying goodbye was a little emotional.
However, when my folks decided to get a motorhome and offered us their slightly newer and much posher van we would have been silly to say no. We are now the proud owners of a Vanmaster Applause – Tin Box 2 – which you will be seeing a lot of on the blog in the months to come.
But before then it would be callous not to pay tribute to Tin Box 1 and all the amazing adventures we shared together.

| Then came Tin Box Tot, who began her caravan adventures at just six weeks old… |

| Tin Box 1 took us on our first family summer holiday to Devon… |

| As you would expect, travels in Tin Box 1 were always hard work… |

| We had a few mishaps along the way… |

| And some ingenious ideas… |

| There was always time for outdoor fun… |

| And indoor fun when the weather wasn’t so kind…
Tin Box 1 took us to stay in some beautiful places… |
