Win tickets to the Family Travel Show
What’s your next big adventure? The summer may have just ended but I’m already itching to start planning next year’s adventure and maybe a few cheeky escapes in between.
But with so many possible destinations, where do you start? And how do you know the places you want to visit are going to be family friendly?
I heard about the Family Travel Show a little while ago and thought it sounded like a great place to answer some of these important holiday planning questions. This new event takes place at Olympia London from 31 October to 1 November 2015.
There’s going to be lots of inspiration for family holidays, from all-inclusive luxury getaways, cruises, action-packed resorts and family-friendly villas to ski holidays and wildlife safaris.
You can talk though your travel bucket list with a range of companies and take advantage of their show offers.
Being a family travel show there’s obviously going to be lots happening to keep little people occupied including an Explorers’ Corner, the Incredible Holidays Theatre, an Around the World Theatre and even a free crèche!
Meanwhile mums and dads will be able to soak up lots of inspiration in the Family Travel Talks Auditorium which will host talks by celebrity speakers, travel writers and bloggers, journalists, and family travel experts.

Tickets cost £8 in advance or £10 on the door. Under 16s are free. Or you can enter my competition below to win one of five pairs of tickets.
Young Travel Photographers Competition
If your kids are budding travel photographers you might also like to encourage them to enter the Family Travel Show’s Young Travel Photographers Competition. There are two age categories: 11 and under, and 12 to 17. There’s some fab prizes on offer and the winners’ work will feature in an exhibition at the show. Images need to be uploaded to the competition website by 14 October 2015.

I think so. It's the first event of its kind here so should be really interesting!
We are planning on going on the Saturday and just need to book the girls' free tickets. That would be great. I'll let you know our plans nearer the time. There's a few changes afoot in the TB household (all good), so making any firm plans is a bit difficult at the moment. Sorry to be cryptic! All will be revealed 🙂
